I'm Kathy Maney — a 70-year-old grandmother and Certified Carnivore Diet Health Coach. I lost 100 pounds and I built this community to help women over 60 do the same.

But my journey wasn't easy or fast — and I want you to know that.

I weighed 130 pounds when I got married at 20. I gained most of my weight in my 40s, and spent my 40s and 50s trying just about every diet program out there. The frustrating truth? I ended up gaining more than 100 pounds while trying to lose weight.

In my 50s I tried Keto and lost around 50 pounds — but then got completely stuck. It wasn't until my 60s that I discovered the Carnivore Diet and lost another 35 pounds. Even then, I wasn't strict enough to keep going, and my weight went up and down for years.

At 70, I finally committed to the strict BBB&E plan — Beef, Butter, Bacon and Eggs — and everything changed.

I follow this way of eating every single day. I won't tell you what to eat. I'll simply share exactly what I eat and what is working for me right now, at 70 years old.
