I follow the BBB&E way of eating, which is Beef, Buter, Bacon and Eggs.

I am a 70-year-old grandmother and want to help an older generation who might be struggling to lose weight and be healthy in their old age.

I gained most of my weight in my 40’s. I weighed 130 when I got married at 20 years old.

During my 40-50s I tried pretty much most of the diet programs out there. I ended up putting on more than 100 pounds while trying to lose weight!

In my 50’s, I tried Keto on and off and did lose around 50 pounds. I got stuck and was not able to continue to lose weight until I found out about Carnivore in my 60’s. I was able to lose another 35 pounds with Carnivore but was not strict enough to continue losing. My weight would go up and down 2-5 pounds for a long time.

I am now 70 years old and am committed to continue to lose the rest of my weight by following the strict BBB&E Carnivore program. Beef, Butter, Bacon and Eggs.

I will not tell you what to eat, I will only tell you what I eat each day and let you know what is now working for me.

I encourage you to do your own research and decide for yourself if you want to follow the Carnivore Diet or maybe follow a keto version of the Carnivore diet.
